How to solve:

1. Find package from package plan and click on edit and submit. 

2. If shows Mikrotik profile missmatch then the respective engineer need to check the Mikrotik profile. If customer took maintainance from us then, forward the complain to the NOC department.

3. If it don't shows Mikrotik profile missmatch then Check the expire method from company settings, if Expired profile selected thats means the Expired profile missing on the mikrotik. So the respective engineer need to check the Expired profile on the Mikrotik.
