How to solve:
1. Check logged in user balance and his price for renewing that user. If user balance is lower than his price then need to recharge balance from admin.
2. If logged in user balance is greater or equal to his price for renewing that user and still shows insuficient balance then check the Reseller Commission System in company config. If flat rate then software follows user edit information config and if custom rate then software follows Plan Permission config.
3. If still shows insuficient balance then ask the client is he trying with Renew As Reseller option or not. If yes then check no 1/2 for the owner of that user.
