How to solve:
1. Go to maintenance then click on DNS, then add 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 if DNS isn't setted yet.
2. Then go to Access Manager and CMS is enabled or not. If enabled then check server address, username and password is correct or not.

3. Then if shows Abnormal , that means internet isn't allow for the OLT, then tell the network admin from allowing the internet for the OLT.
